GAY - Rob’s new play on the effects of homophobic bullying is set to tour Leicestershire secondary schools in early 2008.

According to the DCSF (Department for Children, Schools and Families), homophobic language is widely used in schools. 98% of pupils hear the word 'gay' used in a derogatory manner. Two thirds of gay, lesbian and bi-sexual pupils have experienced bullying and a third say they do not feel safe in school.

Rob hopes the new production will make people think about the negative effect their words and attitudes often have on others.
